Shipping Policy

GENERAL

The following information details our Shipping Policy, which has been created to ensure the timely and safe delivery of our handmade products, and to provide transparency and security to our customers. ​

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All our products are handmade and require special care and time in their creation. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, but during periods of high demand this timeframe can be extended. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we encounter a particularly high volume of orders, or if unforeseen circumstances arise that could delay the processing and shipping of your order, we commit to communicate with you and keep you informed about the status of your order.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, delivery time can vary depending on location and the selected courier service. In general, delivery is made within 10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping within Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, is included in the price of your order. However, shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and countries outside of Spain may involve additional costs. USE OF COURIER SERVICES

To ensure that our products reach you in the safest and quickest way possible, we use trusted courier services such as SEUR, DHL, UPS, among others. Once your order is delivered to the courier service, they will have your phone number and email. In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange another day and time for delivery.

HOME DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered at your doorstep. The packaging will have all the possible adaptations so that you can bring it to its final location.

We are not responsible for logistic issues that may arise once the order is delivered.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

RENOBLE is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping service to file a claim. We recommend you save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim, as these may be necessary to process your claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to offer international shipping to our customers. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during the checkout process and vary depending on the destination country and order size. For additional details, please contact our Sales Department: commercial@renoble.es

ORDER CANCELLATION

RENOBLE reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem suspicious or fraudulent. In the event of an order cancellation for this reason, you will be notified and will not be charged.

​ ASSEMBLY

Large products, such as dining tables, are delivered disassembled in 2 parts: the board and the base. Inside the package, you will find the assembly instructions and the set of necessary tools and accessories. If you want the furniture to be assembled for you, this service will be charged separately. Return policy

At RENOBLE, we greatly value our customers and the trust they place in our products. Our main goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products, from the ordering process to delivery and use of our handmade oak tables.

It is important for us that you understand our return terms, which have been designed to protect both the customer and our company, and ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality products at fair prices.

​

STANDARDIZED PRODUCTS

For our standard products, those that have not been modified or customized in any way at the customer's request, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you must return it in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received to get a full refund.

​

We ask that you contact us within this period to inform us of your desire to return the product and we will arrange the pick-up of the item. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

​

IMPORTANT: To be able to collect your order, it must be disassembled, inside its original packaging and with its internal protections.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

In line with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, customized products, those that have been modified or customized at the customer's request, are not eligible for return. This is due to the unique nature of these products, which have been manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer.

​

Therefore, it is essential that you carefully review your specifications before placing an order for a customized product, as you will not be able to return it or get a refund once it has been manufactured and delivered. In case the customer decides to return the product while it is still in the process of being manufactured, we must also inform that this will not be possible.

​

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the event that you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the product, depending on the nature of the problem.

​

Please note that any damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product will not be considered a defect and will not be a reason for return or refund​

COSTS FOR CHANGES OR RETURNS

The shipping costs generated by the return or exchange will be charged. In the event of a total return of the order, only the value of the product will be reimbursed, under no circumstances will the amount of transport be refunded.

​

In the event that the product does not have the packaging in the appropriate conditions, we will not be able to make the full return of the products requested, therefore a depreciation of 10% of the product value will be applied for packaging material. If we receive the product/s with damages due to not having the packaging with which you received it, a discount of between 60% and 100% will be applied for degree of deterioration, you will also not be able to change for another product, therefore a repair of the same will be carried out and subsequently the already purchased product will be sent once repaired.

REFUND METHODS AND TIME

The refund must be made within a maximum of 14 days from when the customer exercises the withdrawal.

Payment Methods

You can choose between 2 different payment methods:

  1. Credit card. The system is completely secure and the transaction is carried out directly with an encrypted platform for a secure connection with the bank.

  2. Wire transfer. To make this type of payment, contact us and we will send you the budget with the bank details. With this payment option, once we have received the amount in our account, the order will be launched.

Warranty

Warranty: 24 months.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Warranty in the Sale of Consumer Goods, RENOBLE guarantees all the products covered by this contract, as a general rule from the date of receipt of the goods, against any manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the characteristics specified in the same. To make the warranty effective, the customer must contact RENOBLE via email at the address info@renoble.es

SCOPE OF WARRANTY APPLICATION

This warranty applies to all RENOBLE products that have been purchased directly through our company. The warranty covers all handcrafted oak tables sold under the RENOBLE brand.

​

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Manufacturing defects: If the table presents defects attributable to errors in its manufacturing, such as poorly made joints, problems with the finish, instability, etc., these will be covered by the warranty.

​

Material defects: If the materials of the table, such as oak wood, show defects that are not inherent to their natural characteristics, these will be covered by the warranty.

​

Component defects: If the table includes additional components, such as screws, hinges, brackets, etc., and these present operating problems, they will be covered by the warranty. ​

​

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Normal wear and tear: Any normal and gradual wear and tear from daily use of the table is not covered by the warranty.

​

Incorrect or negligent use: If the table suffers damages or defects due to incorrect, negligent or non-compliant use with the instructions provided, these will not be covered by the warranty.

​

Accidental damages: The warranty does not cover accidental damages caused by external factors, such as fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.

​

Alterations or modifications: Any alteration or modification made to the table without the express authorization of RENOBLE will void the warranty.

​

Natural variations of the wood: Any change in the wood due to its natural characteristics, such as color changes, grain patterns or the appearance of small cracks due to humidity variation, are not covered by the warranty.

​

Damages caused by assembly: If the table suffers damages during assembly by the customer or third parties not authorized by RENOBLE, these will not be covered by the warranty.

​

Problems caused by the location of the table: Any problem arising from the location of the table in an unsuitable place in case it is not a product specially made for the following circumstances (Option - Space: Exterior), such as excessive exposure to the sun, proximity to heat sources or location in areas with high humidity, is not covered by the warranty.

​

Inadequate maintenance: The warranty does not cover problems arising from lack of cleaning, inadequate maintenance or use of non-recommended cleaning products.

​

CLAIMS

If during the warranty period any manufacturing defect occurs that is included in the warranty coverage cases, the customer should contact our customer service as soon as possible, providing clear evidence of the defect (photographs, videos, etc.). The customer should not return the product until they have been instructed by our team.

​

RESOLUTION OF THE WARRANTY

RENOBLE undertakes to repair or replace any product that presents manufacturing defects or other cases present in the warranty coverage. The option between repair or replacement will be at RENOBLE's discretion. The shipping costs associated with the return of the defective product to RENOBLE and the delivery of the repaired or replacement product to the customer will be borne by RENOBLE.

INDEMNITY​

This warranty is limited to the value of the product at the date of purchase and does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential damages.​

​

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION​​

This warranty is governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute related to this warranty will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
